Richard McFadden

As a Certified Human Resources Professional and a Designated Safety Professional Richard has worked in various leadership positions in the private and public sector for over twenty five years. Companies he has worked for include: Ford, Quebecor, Burnaby Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital, St. Michael’s Hospital. Experience includes: executive coaching, team building, strategic human resources development, labour relations, and occupational safety. Richard’s educational background includes two Bachelor of Arts Degrees from McMaster University, and a Masters in Business Administration. Richard has taught in the School of Business at Georgian College for over ten years.

Enda Soostar

Enda Soostar has had the privilege of working as an executive level Human Resources practitioner within various public sector organizations for over twenty years. Practical management of the complex challenges of organizational behaviour has led Ms. Soostar to develop experience and expertise in the areas of workplace harassment, negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, labour relations, organizational design, strategic planning, and team building. She is a long time Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRL); holds a Master of Laws from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School; and presently holds the position of Professor – Human Resources with Georgian College. In her commitment to lifelong learning Ms. Soostar is continuing her studies at the doctoral level in the field of Human Resource Management.
